How Remote Support Works
Connect
At the scheduled appointment time, PC Pitstop will provide your secure HelpWire connection link.
Approve Access
Open the link, launch the HelpWire client, and explicitly grant remote access.
Troubleshoot
PC Pitstop performs the authorized remote troubleshooting while you remain involved.
Disconnect
The remote session ends when support is complete.
Remote Support Safety Note
PC Pitstop will not unexpectedly contact you and demand remote access to your computer. Only start a remote-support session when you have scheduled or directly arranged service with PC Pitstop.
